SFUFC-11.14-E - ATTACHMENT 4.P. JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION, STATUS ONLY (FAMILY CODE § 2337(d)). This is a San Francisco Unified Family Court attachment used in status-only judgments of dissolution to address retirement and survivor benefit protections between spouses or domestic partners. The form provisionally awards each party a one-half separate interest in retirement or benefit plans accrued during the marriage or domestic partnership before separation, subject to later adjustment through a domestic relations order.
