Payment of the $26.00 fee is due at the time the request is submitted. The Clerk's office accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and checks from law firms. If you would like to pay online using your credit card, please contact the Clerk's office at 336-358-4000. You must have an existing CM/ECF account to pay online. Debtors may not present credit cards or personal checks for payment. All checks from law firms must include a current pre-printed address.
