COURT OF COMMON PLEAS DIVISION OF DOMESTIC RELATIONS HAMILTON COUNTY, OHIO Enter: Plaintiff Date: Case No. -vs/andFile No. Defendant Judge AGREED ENTRY APPOINTING APPRAISER On application of the parties for an Order appointing a qualified, recognized and experienced appraiser of real estate of the parties situated at and it appearing to the Court that an appraisal to determine the fair market value of said real estate is necessary in the within cause. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby orders that is hereby appointed to make an appraisal of the aforementioned real estate and to file a written report setting forth an opinion of the fair market value of said property as expeditiously as possible. The parties hereby stipulate that said report shall be submitted into evidence with right of cross-examination reserved. It is further ordered that an appraiser's fee of $ be paid; $ by the Plaintiff; $ by the Defendant. The fee shall be advanced and paid at the time of this Entry. The parties acknowledge that appointees will be paid $50.00 per hour for time entailed in a deposition and $200 for each court appearance. In the event the appraiser is summoned to testify, the appearance/witness fee of $200 for each appearance must be deposited with the Clerk of Courts at the time of issuance of a subpoena for the appearance.
