Family law trials (3 days or more) will be set for a Trial Setting Conference (TSC) on Thursdays only at 9:00 a.m. in Department 36, with a Settlement Conference set in Department 128, 1 week before the TSC. The TSC hearing is generally scheduled 4 to 10 weeks from filing date of this document. At the TSC, trial dates will be set in Department 36. Completion of the Settlement Conference section below is mandatory.
