Description

23.317 Reliable Evidence; Imputed Minimum Wage After considering all the evidence, including that of each party as to the other's income, if you have no other reliable evidence of income or income potential, you shall determine that party's monthly gross (salary) (other income) to be $892.65 (you must provide a figure that must reflect the current minimum wage). (Note: To calculate 40 hours per week at minimum wage, use 173.33 work hours per month, 4.3 weeks per month, or 52 weeks per year divided by 12 months per year or such other multiplier as shall be approved by Uniform Superior Court Rule or pretrial order multiplied by the current minimum wage [$5.15 per hour].)
