Description
02.530 Court Has No Interest in Case I want to emphasize that anything the court did or said during the trial of this case was not intended to and did not intimate, hint, or suggest to you which of the parties should prevail in this case. Whichever of the parties is entitled to a verdict is a matter entirely for you to determine, and whatever your verdict, it must be agreed upon by all of you. O.C.G.A. §9-10-7 Kimberly v. Reed, 79 Ga. App. 137, 146 (1949); cited to note "saving language" thereunder; there is no legal requirement for this charge, but it is a sound, precautionary measure
