TAKE NOTICE that your tenancy is terminated effective one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of service of this Notice. The reason for the termination of your tenancy is that a change of the use of the land or closure of the park will be made by the landlord. Your rights upon closure of the park are contained in NRS 118B.180. If you do not vacate within one hundred eighty (180) days of receipt of this Notice, legal action will be started against you for eviction and you may be liable for costs and attorney fees. As the landlord, I may have responsibility to assist you in moving your mobile home.
