Field Tile Monitoring Regulations: 327 IAC 15-15-12-(k) Land application sites must be inspected to identify any field tile outlets under or immediately bordering the land application site. Visual monitoring of identified field tile outlets must occur during and immediately following land application of manure, litter, or process wastewater. If there is evidence of manure or process wastewater discharging from the file tile outlet, the land application must cease immediately and the flow stopped or captured. Any flow that is captured shall be either land applied or returned to storage.
