The parties agree that there are no pending abuse, neglect, or other proceedings (or orders) involving the minor children covered by this order. The parties agree that if they have failed to disclose information about other pending or existing cases, this order is null and void. Parenting time shall not be exercised in a country that is not a party to the Hague convention on the civil aspects of international child abduction unless both parents provide the court with written consent to allow a parent to exercise parenting time in such a country.
