You have 20 days from the date you were served with this Notice and the Petition to file a Response with the Superior Court of Arizona in Yavapai County, unless otherwise ordered by this Court. If you choose to file a Response, you are required to provide a copy to the other party or his or her attorney if s/he has one. If you choose not to file a Response, the Judicial Officer may enter an Order that affects your custodial rights, with or without a hearing.
