L-0254, APPLICATION AND ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF SUMMONS OR CITATION, I apply for an order pursuant to Section 415.50 of the Code of Civil Procedure to permit service by publication on (name of party to be served). The party named above cannot with reasonable diligence be served in another manner specified in Section 415.10 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure.
