26.6 RICO - CONDUCT OR PARTICIPATION IN AN ENTERPRISE THROUGH COLLECTIO N OF UNLAWFUL DEBT 895.03(3), Fla. Stat. To prove the crime of Unlawfully [Conducting] [Participating in] an Enterprise, the State must prove the following two elements beyond a reasonable doubt: 1.
