The Petitioner must comply with the sale provisions of G.S. 44A-4. It is also ORDERED that the petitioner immediately mail a copy of the petition and this Order by first class mail, pursuant to G.S. 1A-1, Rule 5, to the owner of the motor vehicle; the person with whom the petitioner dealt, if different from the owner; and each secured party and person claiming an interest in the vehicle to whom the Division of Motor Vehicles mailed notice of the lien.
