IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO Criminal Action No. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. Defendant. MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS IN FORMA PAUPERIS The above named defendant moves the court that a subpoena be issued and served for the materialwitnesses hereinafter mentioned, without the prepayme fees therefor, and that paynt of ment of the fees for serviceand the fees for witnesses be made by the government and taxed as costs in favor of the United States. That as indicated in the affidavit for the appointm of counsel it appears that the defendant is withoutentsufficient means and actually is unable to pay the fees for the service of the witnesses and the witness fee, or givesecurity therefor. That the names and addresses of each of the witnesses and short statement of the testimony which eachwitness is expected to give if subpoenaed, and the showing that the evidence of the witnesses is material to thedefense, is set forth in Appendix A hereto attached and made part of hereof.
