CSD 2049, ORDER APPOINTING APPRAISER, Based upon the Application of the Trustee, and good cause appearing therefor, It is ordered that: 1. [Name], a disinterested person, is hereby appointed Appraiser to appraise all of the items of real and/or personal property belonging to the estate of this debtor as fully set forth in the Trustee's Application; and 2. Subject to further order of the Court as provided in subsection 7 below, the rate of compensation to be paid to the Appraiser is fixed at $ [amount], plus reimbursement of reasonable expenses; 3. The Appraiser must prepare and file with the Court a report of the appraisal and serve a copy on the Applicant, as required by FRBP 6004(f); 4. The Report of Appraisal must be signed under oath and filed with the Clerk of this Court in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name and bankruptcy number of this case and the words "APPRAISAL - TO BE OPENED ONLY BY BANKRUPTCY COURT PERSONNEL"; 5. Following compliance with subsections 3 and 4 of this Order, the Appraiser must prepare and transmit to the Trustee an Application for Compensation and Reimbursement for Expenses, [using Form CSD 2050 which may be obtained from the office of the Clerk], for approval or disapproval and later transmittal to the Clerk; 6. If the total compensation and reimbursement of expenses requested by the Appraiser is less than the sum of $1000, the trustee may pay such amount without further order of the Court. 7. If the amount of total compensation and reimbursement of expenses requested by the Appraiser is more than the sum of $1,000, payment will be made only after notice to creditors as provided in LBR 2002-2(a)(6). 8.
