CSD 3026, LIST OF EXHIBITS SUBMITTED BY ATTORNEY, Instructions: 1. Counsel for the plaintiff shall have the duty of arranging meetings of counsel prior to the first date fixed for trial or pre-trial. 2. In advance of the first date fixed for trial or pre-trial, the attorney for the parties shall meet together at a convenient time and place for the purpose of arriving at stipulations and agreements, all for the purpose of simplifying the issues to be tried. At this conference between counsel, all exhibits other than those to be used for impeachment shall be exchanged and examined and counsel shall also exchange a list of the name and addresses of witnesses to be called at the trial, including expert witnesses; each photograph, map, drawing and the like shall bear, upon the reverse side thereof, a concise legend stating the relevant matters of fact as to what is claimed to be fairly depicted thereby, and as of what date. Each attorney shall also then make known to opposing counsel his contention regarding the applicable facts and law. Exhibits are not to be filed with the Office of the Clerk. FAILURE TO DISPLAY EXHIBITS TO OPPOSING COUNSEL AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL RULE SHALL AUTHORIZE THE COURT TO REFUSE TO ADMIT THE SAME INTO EVIDENCE 3. The form contained on the reverse side hereon, List of Exhibits, shall be completed prior to trial. The original shall be presented to the Bankruptcy Judge at the time of trial and copies shall be furnished to each opposing counsel. 4. Exhibits presented by the plaintiff shall be numbered in numerical sequence commencing with the number 1. 5. Exhibits presented by defendants shall be numbered in alphabetical sequence as follow: A-Z, AA-ZZ, AAA-ZZZ, etc. When more than one defendant, the numbering sequence should be further broken down by sub-numbers: exhibits for defendant number one would be A-1, B-1, C-1; for defendant number two A-2, B-2, C-2, and so forth. www.FormsWorkflow.com
