Description

ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ADEQUATE PROTECTION, IT IS ORDERED THAT the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. Sec. 362 is hereby modified as follows: 1. The debtor(s) shall maintain adequate collision and comprehensive insurance coverage on the vehicle; 2. The Debtor(s) is ordered not to operate the vehicle or to permit anyone else to operate the vehicle unless adequate collision and comprehensive insurance actually is in place; 3. Until such time as the creditor's secured claim is satisfied, if the creditor reasonably believes that there is no such insurance coverage on the vehicle, the creditor's attorney may serve fourteen days written notice of apparent breach of this order on the debtor(s) and the debtor(s)' attorney; and 4. If the debtor(s) does not provide proof of insurance to the creditor's attorney during the fourteen-day period, the creditor may file and serve on debtor(s) and debtor(s)' attorney a declaration so stating and request relief from the stay without further hearing. www.FormsWorkflow.com
