Agreed Lease Termination

AGREED LEASE TERMINATION (State) (County) This Agreement is made (Date), by and between (Lessor) and (Lessee). Lessor and Le ssee acknowledge the following: A. Lessor and Lessee earlier entered into Lease, dated , of certain real property located at (Address); and B. Lessor and lessee both desire to terminate that Lease and to release each other from all liability thereunder.
