Proposed Order Re Interpleader Deposits

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE ) ) ) ) Civil Action No. ) ) ORDER WHEREAS, the ___________________________ in this interpleader action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1335 wishes to deposit the sum of $__________________ with the Clerk of Court; and the deposit of said interpleader funds is authorized by Fed.
