I - Bond As a special condition of the I Bond, Defendant shall be remanded to the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections and placed on Electronic Home Monitoring. D - Bond or C - Bond Defendant shall be remanded to the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections and placed on Electronic Home Monitoring. (Check only one) As a condition of the bond, Defendant shall remain on Electronic Home Monitoring. Upon posting of the above bond, Defendant shall be removed from Electronic Home Monitoring. 2. The supervising authority shall be the Cook County Sheriff's Office. 3. Defendant shall follow all conditions set forth in 730 ILCS 5/5-8A-1 et. seq. Any violation of the rules and regulations of the Sheriff's Electronic Home Monitoring Program may result in the return of the defendant to the Cook County Department of Corrections. 4. Defendant shall remain within his/her residence 24 hours a day unless granted permission otherwise by the Court or the supervising authority to leave the residence. 5.
