The permit may not be used for more than four consecutive days at the same location. You must notify your local TABC office of the date and location before the certificate is used. Additional information (such as letter from property owner, diagram, site plan, etc.) may be required to process your request. If the Winery Festival Certificate Request is in a dry area be advised that the permit holder may sell or dispense wine only if the wine is: bottled in this state; and at least 75 percent by volume fermented juice of grapes or other fruit grown in this state or a lesser percentage established by the commissioner of agriculture under Section 12.039, Agriculture Code.
