Description

F 9037-1.2.TRANSCRIPT.REDACT.NOTICE, NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST REDACTION OF TRANSCRIPT [LBR 9037-1(b)], "Personal identifiers" must not be available for public viewing in a transcript that is filed with the court. Examples of unauthorized personal identifiers are social security numbers, full account numbers, names of minors, full birthdates, and other personal information that is confidential. LBR 9037-1 is the rule that identifies the procedure when personal identifiers must be redacted from TRANSCRIPTS before the transcripts can be viewed by the public. This procedure applies when a party knows that a transcript has been prepared but has not yet been made available for public or other parties to view it. A party can notify other parties of the intent to request redaction of personal identifiers, and then make the request to the clerk's office. www.FormsWorkflow.com
