SUPERIOR COURT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PROBATE DIVISION ADM Estate of Age Deceased Standard Probate Order (For estates of decedents dying on or after from January 1, 1981 through June 30, 1995) Upon consideration of the petition for standard probate, the acceptance and consent of each personal representative, a power of attorney by each non-resident, a (general) (nominal) bond in the amount of $ , all having been filed herein, and it further appearing that publication of notice pursuant to Superior Court, Probate Division Rule 103(a)(1) has been effected and that copies of the notice were timely mailed to all interested parties as evidenced by the verified statement filed herein, and no adverse responses having been filed, it is this day of , , ORDERED, that the bond heretofore filed is approved, and (is) (are) appointed personal representative(s) of the estate of , deceased, and it is further ORDERED, that the will dated and codicil(s) dated accompanying the petition (is) (are) admitted to probate and record as the last will and testament of the aforesaid decedent, and it is further ORDERED, that the sum of $10,000 is hereby allowed from the personal estate to as surviving spouse and/or custodian of decedent222s minor child(ren) in accordance with law.
