5.2 CRIMINAL SOLICITATION 777.04(2), Fla. Stat To prove the crime of Criminal Solicitation, the State must prove the following two elements beyond a reasonable doubt: 1. [Name of defendant] solicited [name of alleged person] to commit [offence solicited.] 2. During the solicitation, the [name of defendant] [commanded] [encouraged] [hired] [requested] [namto engage in specific conduct, which e of alleged person] would constitute the commission of [offence solicited] or an attempt to commit [offence solicited.] name of de fendant] do any act in furtherance of the [offence solicited.] NOTE TO JUDGE: Define the crime solicited.
