IN THE WARREN COUNTY, OHIO COMMON PLEAS COURT PROBATE DIVISION ESTATE OF:__________________________________________ , DECEASED CASE NO. _______________________ BOND WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGMENT I hereby further acknowledge that the purpose of a bond is to provide financial protection should the administrator misappropriate or embezzle estate assets or due to other acts of administration misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance estate assets are lost, stolen, encumbered or diminished in value.
