Single Form Purchase
| Q: | How do I download my recently purchased form? |

To access your recently purchased form, you would need to log into http://www.formsworkflow.com your username and password. Once logged into the site, click the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. At the bottom of the “My Account” page there will be a section called “My Forms”. Click the “Purchased” tab. Your purchased form should appear here as a line item. Click the format you wish to download from the Download column.

(i) ALN will gladly exchange any defective document for a new one. (ii) All sales are final and we do not accept returns once a form has been purchased. (iii) Incorrect form (You will then receive a exchange for a new form). |
