MS Word (2000/XP/2003)

Q: What versions of MS Word are required to work with your forms?
A: Our MS Word programming of the interactive forms is compatible with 2000, NT and XP.

Q: How do I find and download interactive forms in MS Word format?
A: First, you must have a Premium Subscription to download our interactive forms. Additionally, while most of our forms are available in interactive Word format, not all of our forms are yet. After you have found the form you want, you should see the Fillable MS Word icon above the form. If you don't see this icon, the form is not yet available in MS Word. Click this icon, the form will now automatically download in a new window in Word. Once the download is complete, you will be able to enter data and interact with the form as you would any Word document.

Q: Why do I get a download window when I try to open the MS Word forms?
A: Your computer is set to alert you to the action you are performing and/or the file extension is not recognized by the browser. To not be alerted each time you want to open a form, undo the checkmark in the "Always ask before opening this type of file". If you don't want to change your settings, select the "Open file from its current location" and click "OK".

This will open the form into the browser window for you. Unfortunately, this step will have to be done each time you open a form.

Q: Will spell check function with the Microsoft Word Forms?
A: Yes. After you have downloaded a form into Word, you may unlock the full-functionality of Word's features by clicking on the padlock icon in the Forms WorkFlow toolbar. Once Word's icons "light-up", you can run spell check as you are accustomed.
