You should have Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 7.0 or higher. If you do not have this, go to www.adobe.com. After you have downloaded and installed the new Acrobat, you can return to our website and start working with our forms.

| Q: | When I type information into the form and try saving it, it only saves the form and not the information I typed in. Why? |

Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to fill and print forms, but will not permit saving the information typed in. To save the information you typed in, you must purchase one of Adobe's other products. To learn more, visit www.adobe.com. Or with a Premium Subscription, you can download forms in interactive Microsoft Word, which allows you to fill, save and edit the forms as you would any Word document. |

You need to have purchased a Premium Subscription to download interactive forms. If you have done this and after you have found the form you desire, click the Fillable PDF icon above the form. The form will now open in a new window containing the interactive PDF form, ready for you to complete and print.

| Q: | When I go to http://www.formsworkflow.com/ and login and access Fillable PDF. The Fillable PDF opens up in a separate window and not in that window pane? How should I fix it? |

The work around to this problem is that from the separate window click on Edit-->Preferences-->Internet-->Check the checkbox "Display in the same browser window" and then click OK. The change will be reflected immediately without having to start the computer. |
