AOL Users

Q: I use AOL. Why am I having problems with your service?
A: There are several reasons for this problem. The main reason is that AOL rewrites the information contained within the Internet Explorer browsers. There are a few steps you can take to solve this problem.

1. Make sure that your settings are correct. If you are unsure of what your settings should be, give our Technical Support staff a call at 800-293-2771.
2. After dialing up to AOL, minimize all browser windows that open and open the Internet Explorer window by itself. (NOTE: If this does not work, then you will need to contact AOL and have them assist you in downloading the complete version of Internet Explorer and Internet Tools).

Q: Why do I keep getting the “This Page Cannot Be Displayed” or “The Page You Have Requested Could Not Be Found” error messages?
A: This is a common problem with AOL. When this problem occurs you should delete your “Temporary Internet Files.”

1. First, sign off from AOL. Then click the “Start” button for Windows.
2. Scroll to the “Settings” option and click on the “Control Panel” option.
3. From “Control Panel”, click on the “Internet Options” or “Internet”.
4. In the “Internet Properties”, go down to the “Temporary Internet Files” section and click on the “Delete Files” option. Be sure to delete the offline content by placing a checkmark on the window that opens and click “OK”.
5. Once the files have finished deleting from your system, click on the “OK” button and close the “Control Panel”.

Now you can use AOL to sign on again and come back to our website. These steps will remove the errors you receive from AOL. You will also get a clean connection that will perform better for you.
