Each party shall register for the class within fifteen (15) days of the filing of the complaint with the Clerk of Courts. Each party to a divorce action and each party to a dissolution of marriage filing must complete the program within fortyfive (45) days from the date of this order. The educational requirements MUST be completed prior to the final hearing. The Court may refuse to hold a final hearing if either parent fails to attend the class. The Court may also deny parenting time or residential parent status to a parent who does not attend. To schedule a Parent Education class contact Forensic Evaluation Services Center - (513) 8694014.
