CCCO 0114 - CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE SUBSEQUENT CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER. This order is pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 218, the Court being fully advised enters the following as its Subsequent Case Management Order: A. Discovery in the case is stayed (i.e., suspended) because criminal charges related to the case are still pending.
