CCCO 0050 - JUDGMENT ORDER (8001). This form is issued by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, in a case where the Plaintiff, the People of the State of Illinois, represented by the State's Attorney of Cook County, has sought the forfeiture of a property (identified as "Defendant Property") allegedly used in the commission of a criminal offense.
