ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF FAMILY ALLOWANCE (lump sum) On the petition of for an order authorizing family allowance, the court finding that all interested persons have been served proper notice of the petition and hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true; that an order authorizing family allowance should be entered; that the decedent, was survived by whom the decedent was supporting or was obligated to support and who (is) (are) entitled to a reasonable allowance in money out of the estate of the decedent for maintenance during the administration; that a reasonable allowance for such maintenance is the sum of dollars, it is ADJUDGED that the personal representative of this estate is directed to pay as a family allowance the sum of this estate.
