UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS WESTERN DIVISION MEDIATOR'S OATH OF OFFICE As set forth in ADR L.R. 2-5(c), persons serving as mediators in the Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation program shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of mediator and return it to the office of the Clerk of the Court.
