BTXN162 (12/09) IN THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS IN RE: § § § § § § § § CASE NO. Debtor(s). Order Reopening for Limited Purpose of Enforcing the Order of Discharge On _________, the debtor(s) filed a motion to reopen the above-captioned bankruptcy case (the "Motion") for the limited purpose of enforcing the order of discharge. The Court finds that cause exists to re-open the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350. The Court further finds that the appointment of a trustee is not necessary.
