LOCAL BANKRUPTCY FORM 2082-1.3 [Caption as in Bankruptcy Official Form No. 16B] NOTICE OF HEARING AND THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO CHAPTER 12 PLAN OBJECTION DEADLINE: _________________ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-captioned debtor has filed herein a plan for the payment of debts pursuant to the provisions of chapter 12 of Title 11 of the United States Code, together with a Motion to Confirm Chapter 12 Plan (collectively, the "Plan"). A confirmation hearing on the debtor's Plan has been set for (month/day/ year) at (time) at the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Byron G.
