GEORGIA LEMON LAW DISPUTE CLAIM FOR BBB AUTO LINE Upon receipt, this commences the filing of my claim with BBB AUTO LINE, the certified program for my motor vehicle manufacturer, pursuant to the Georgia Lemon Law, O.C.G.A. Section 10-1-785(a). To the best of my understanding of the Georgia Lemon Law, I believe all five elements below apply to my dispute: · · · · · My new motor vehicle was leased, purchase or registered in Georgia on or after January 1, 2009. The manufacturer or its authorized agent has had a reasonable number of attempts to repair the same defect or condition within my Lemon Law rights period. The manufacturer was given a final opportunity to repair the same defect or condition, but the problem was not corrected, or my vehicle was out of service by reason of a repair for a cumulative total of 30 days within my Lemon Law rights period. I requested that the manufacturer repurchase or replace my vehicle, but the manufacturer has not done so.
