240A/340A GUARDIANSHIP/CONSERVATORSHIP OF: CASE NUMBER: Attachment 14 to Order Appointing Guardian of Minor (GC-240) Attachment 29 to Order Appointing Probate Conservator (GC-340) 1. Date of Inventory and Appraisal review hearing: (4 months from date of appointment) A guardian's or conservator's Inventory and Appraisal is due within 90 days of the date of appointment. Probate Code section 2610. Per Solano County Local Rules, rules 15.10 and 15.58, the guardian or conservator shall file and serve the Inventory and Appraisal at least 30 days prior to the date of the Inventory and Appraisal review hearing stated above. If the Inventory and Appraisal is timely filed, no appearance is required at the hearing. 2. Date of first annual review hearing: (14 months from date of appointment) A guardian's or conservator's first accounting is due one year after the date of appointment. Probate Code section 2620. Per Solano County Local Rules, rules 15.11 and 15.59, the guardian or conservator shall file and serve the first accounting at least 30 days prior to the date of the first annual review hearing stated above. If the accounting is timely filed, no appearance is required at the hearing.
