RESIDENTIAL LEASE ASSIGNMENT (Assignor) for valuable consideration hereby assigns to (Assignee) all of (Assignor) remaining rights in that certain lease made between (Assignor) and (Landlord) for the premises pursuant to the lease dated , (Date). Assignee agrees to fully perform all of the located at obligations of (Assignor) under said Lease after delivery of possession thereto. to Pursuant to said assignment.
