FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION (After Interlocutory Order) [R.C. 3107.14] The Court finds that the minor has now lived in the home of the petitioner, for at least six months from the date of the Interlocutory Order; that a further report of the assessor has been filed and is approved-, that the adoption is in the best interest of the minor being adopted; that the accountings, as required, have been filed, reviewed and approved; and that the minor is an adopted person as defined in Section 3107.39 or 3107.45 of the Revised Code.
