County of Los Angeles INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOBBYING ACTIVITY AUTHORIZATION FORM LOB 2 Chapter 2.160 of the Los Angeles County Code A LOBBYING ACTIVITY AUTHORIZATION must be completed by each Lobbyist Employer/Client who contracts with a Lobbying Firm or Individual Lobbyist. An authorization form must be attached to the Lobbying Firm/Individual Lobbyist Registration Statement (Form LOB 1) for each client listed on the registration statement, or when an Amendment to Registration Statement (Form LOB 5) is filed adding a new client. The Responsible Officer for the Lobbyist Employer/Client who contracts with the Lobbying Firm or Individual Lobbyist must date and sign the authorization form.
