CAT BILL OF SALE IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $ , received by , ("Seller") whose address is from , ("Buyer") whose address is , receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Seller grants, sells, conveys and transfers the following Cat (the "Cat"): Cat's Name: Breed of Cat: Cat's Date of Birth: Registration # (if applicable): Sire Name: Dam Name: Registration # (if applicable): Registration # (if applicable): Color of Cat: Sex of Cat: Male Female REGISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS: Upon payment in full as set forth above, Seller, at his/her own cost, shall promptly take all legal actions necessary to officially transfer ownership and registration, if applicable, of the Cat to Buyer. SELLER REPRESENTATIONS: Seller warrants to Buyer that Seller is the legal and true owner of the Cat and that Seller has the unqualified right to sell the Cat. Furthermore, Seller warrants that the Cat is sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, mortgage or other encumbrance. WARRANTIES: (choose the applicable provision) The Cat is sold with no express or implied warranties or Buyer's Initials representations having been made by Seller to Buyer other than those expressly stated above. OR The Cat is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. If the Cat fails the examination, the Buyer, with a written statement from the veterinarian, may return the Cat to the Seller for a full refund. Failure to have the Cat examined within the above time limit will nullify this warranty.
