EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made by and between (insert name) [hereinafter referred to as the party of the first part] (the "Party of the First Part") and (insert name) [hereinafter referred to as the party of the second part] (the "Party of the Second Part") in respect of an existing agreement between the parties (insert date), (the "Agreement").
