Affiant is a licensed Florida attorney and has conducted a search of the public records of Miami-Dade County Florida. 2. As a result of that records search Affiant can state that on April 12, 1974, at 12:01 A.M., ______________________________ was the owner of the following described property, to wit: Folio # __________________________ 3. That ________________________ owner did not, in any manner, own any property contiguous to the above described property on April 12, 1974, at 12:01 A.M. 4. The Affiant further states that on the basis of this affidavit the Miami-Dade County Department of Planning and Zoning can except the above described property from the requirement of a minimum area of five (5) acres for a building site as required in MiamiDade County Code Section 33-280 (Ordinance #74-16) or #33-196 (Ordinance #74-17). 5. That the Affiant further states that this affidavit can and may be placed in the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. 6. Affiant further states that they are familiar with the nature of an oath and with the penalties as provided by the laws of the state aforesaid for falsely swearing to statements made in an instrument of this nature. Affiant further certifies that they have read, or have heard read to them, the full facts of this affidavit, and fully understand its context and meaning.
