A classic motor vehicle auction must take place on a different date and time than a regular motor vehicle auction. The licensed auctioneer must be a resident of Ohio. "Auction firm" means a person who provides auction services and is licensed by the Department of Agriculture. "Auction services" means arranging, managing, and sponsoring a personal property auction. "Auction services" includes the taking and advertising of personal property on consignment to be sold at auction by a licensed auctioneer.
