The Defendant is a resident of _________________________________ and has been a resident of Illinois since __________________________. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant were lawfully joined in marriage on ________________________________ in __________________________ County, ___________________________, and the marriage is registered there. 4. No Petition to dissolve this marriage is pending in any other county or state. 5. The Plaintiff and Defendant last lived together on __________________________________. 6. The parties have acquired certain personal and marital property. The parties have also acquired certain marital debts. 7.
