Form 67. (Sec. 68). NOTE This notice must be given to the registered owner by the adverse claimant by registered letter with a 5 days return card thereon within 10 days after filing the adverse claim and proof of such service must be filed with the Recorder within 30 days from such filing. Failure to give such notice or failure to make and file the proof of service thereof, will result in the adverse claim being cancelled by the Recorder (Sec. 68). NOTICE OF ADVERSE CLAIM.
