Superior Court of California County of Sacramento In the Matter of No. Department ** ORDER TO PRODUCE STATE PRISONER TO TESTIFY Good cause appearing therefore: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Director of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation shall deliver x-reference # (date of birth: ), a state prison inmate, CDC # (Sacramento ), into the custody of the Sacramento County Sheriff from State Prison for purposes of testifying at a hearing in the William Ridgeway Courthouse, Department *** of the Superior Court of California, Sacramento County on , 2010 at o'clock.
