ORDER RE DEFERRAL OR WAIVER OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDING FILING FEE 1. Plaintiff is the duly appointed, qualified and acting trustee of the debtor's estate. 2. Plaintiff has alleged that no funds are currently available in the bankruptcy estate and that plaintiff is unable to pay the filing fee for the complaint. Accordingly, the filing fee is deferred. 3. If plaintiff as trustee recovers or obtains any funds for the bankruptcy estate, the trustee shall immediately pay the deferred filing fee to the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office. The fee shall be paid on the same basis as an allowed administrative claim. If funds in the estate are insufficient to pay all administrative expenses in full, the deferred filing fee should be paid pro rata with other allowed administrative expenses. 4.
