IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR [ ] COUNTY, MARYLAND Sitting as a Juvenile Court In The Matter of: * Respondent * ORDER OF DISMISSAL * Case Number(s): DOB: HAVING FOUND at the Competency Hearing that the Respondent, _______________________ is incompetent to proceed, and competency is unlikely to be attainable in the foreseeable future; and HAVING FOUND that the Respondent has not been able to attain competency within 18 months after the competency findings when the juvenile is alleged to have committed an act which would be a felony if committed by an adult; it is therefore ORDERED that the petition is dismissed.
